Bagging Alfalfa - such a simple task, yet behind the scene there is a farmer who planted, watered & fertilized this crop. There is a harvester who swathed, raked & chopped it. There is a cow, who will eat it & make wholesome milk from it. A cheese plant where teams of people will make food from it. Finally, there is someone who will sit with friends & family to enjoy this delicious treat. Thank a farmer today!
